Who we are

Quantix Labs Ltd is the data controller for personal information processed through myRentPal. That means we decide what information is collected and why, and we are accountable for how it is handled.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, under registration number ZC212557.

myRentPal is built using modern cloud infrastructure and industry-standard security practices to help protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We only process personal information where necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations or improve the platform.

Depending on how you use myRentPal, information stored within your account may include:

Tenancy information
Tenant names and contact details

Where bank transaction data is connected, we only process the information required to automate rent reconciliation and related portfolio management features.

While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

Data storage

myRentPal is built using Supabase managed infrastructure.

Data is stored securely within managed cloud infrastructure with access controls designed to protect customer information and maintain service availability.

Third-party services

To provide our services we use carefully selected third-party providers. These providers only process data as necessary to deliver the services they provide to myRentPal, under contract and on our instructions.

Supabase — database, authentication and document storage.
TrueLayer — Open Banking. Where you connect a bank account, TrueLayer is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Access is read-only, we never receive your banking credentials, and no payment can be initiated. You can revoke access at any time from myRentPal or from your bank.
Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
Resend — transactional email, such as account confirmation and rent notifications.

Your rights

Where applicable under UK data protection law, you may have the right to:

Access your personal information
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information
Restrict or object to certain processing
Request a copy of your data
Withdraw consent where processing relies upon it

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. You can do so at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling their helpline on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first, but you are not required to contact us before approaching the ICO.
